- The „Weisshorn" cable car and the „Tschuggen" lift are reachable within 5 minutes by foot.
- The next busstop is within 2-minutes walk.
- Various shops, such as Denner, Coop, pharmacy, bakery with Cafe, tourist office, post office, ski rental, sportswear, bars, restaurants and train station are within walking distance.
- The ski and sledge slope end practically next to the house.
- In the summer season, you receive the free of charge all-inclusive card, allowing you to use all mountain railways, the local lake for swimming, the „ Obersee“ with rowing and pedal boats, the family funpark and many other attractions.
Garage, ski room, WIFI, flatscreen TV+Radio, CD player with UBS connection are available free of charge.

Conditions
The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure
- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day
- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are not allowed
